Serving: Monterey Pasta is best when served hot. If you wish to serve your pasta later or use it in a salad, simply toss it with a small amount of olive or vegetable oil, spread it out in a pan to cool for 10 minutes and then refrigerate in a sealed container. To reheat your cooked pasta, simply dip pasta in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain and serve.

Below you will find our recommendations for delicious pasta and sauce combinations. Our Executive Chef, Chris Jensen, recommends that when serving sauce with your pasta use the guidelines below. Cream Sauces and Tomato Sauces:
For every 9 ounces of pasta serve 6 ounces of sauce.
Pesto Sauces:
For every 9 ounces of pasta serve 3 ounces of sauce.
