Pesto Twists
Ingredients
- 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 6 tablespoons basil pesto
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Stir salt into pesto and spread 3 tablespoons pesto on each sheet of puff pastry.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cut into 16 1/2" wide strips and twist.
- Lay twists onto oiled baking sheets and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden.
