Pizza Caprese
Ingredients
- 10" par-baked pizza crust
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced and drained
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 4 ounces basil pesto
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 450°.
- Bake crust until just browned.
- Spread crust with basil pesto. Layer with mozzarella, tomatoes and pine nuts. Bake to heat through just enough to melt cheese. Top with fresh chopped basil (optional).
