(NASDAQ:PSTA) announced today that it will be hosting their 2006 Annual Shareholder Meeting on Friday, May 19, 2006, 10am – 12 noon Pacific Time at the Embassy Suites Hotel Monterey Bay-Seaside, 1441 Canyon Del Rey, Seaside, California 93955. Speakers will include the company’s President/CEO Jim Williams and CFO Scott Wheeler.
