Guaranteed Fresh: Monterey Gourmet Foods products are packaged fresh in our state of the art manufacturing facility. In order to provide you with the highest quality product possible, our finished products are never frozen. Our packaging is specially designed to keep our product fresh throughout its shelf life. For your safety, all of our pastas, pizzas and calzones are date stamped in blue ink on the front of the package. Our sauces and soups are date stamped on the side of the lid. Our date stamp indicates the expiration or "use by" date of our products. Do not use expired product unless it was frozen prior to the expiration date on the package.
