Butternut Squash Ravioli

A delicious blend of butternut squash and Fontina, Parmesan and ricotta cheese filled in a flavorful orange-sage pasta.

Ingredients:

Butternut Puree, Durum Flour, Fontina Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Rennet, Salt, Enzymes), Organic Eggs, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Enzymes, Rennet, Salt), Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Cheese Whey, Vinegar, Salt), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sea Salt, Palm Oil, Cane Sugar, Natural Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid), Water, Sun Dried Tomato Granules (Roma Tomatoes), Brown Sugar, Rice Starch, Vegetable Fiber, Sage, Sea Salt, Cultured Sugar, Natural Flavors, Spices

Cooking Instruction

Cook pasta before serving.

  1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of boiling water and stir immediately. 
  2. Boil pasta GENTLY for 4 to 5 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.
  3. Stir pasta occasionally as they rise to the top.
  4. Drain pasta from boiling pot and serve with your favorite Monterey Gourmet Foods sauce.

Optional: Add 1Tbsp of sea salt to boiling water before cooking pasta.

IF FROZEN, THAW BEFORE COOKING. AFTER COOKING, REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE REMAINING PORTION IN A SEALED CONTAINER WITHIN 2 HOURS.
