Shrimp & North Atlantic Lobster Ravioli

A delicious blend of shrimp, lobster, mozzarella and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese!

Ingredients:

Durum Flour, Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Cheese Whey, Vinegar, Salt), Shrimp, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Rennet, Enzymes, Salt), Organic Eggs, Heavy Cream, Lobster Meat, Water, Shallots, Parsley, Cornstarch, Unsalted Butter (Pasteurized Sweet Cream, Natural Flavors), Parmagiano-Reggiano Cheese (Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Cheese Culture, Rennet, Salt), Garlic, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sea Salt, Egg Whites, Spices

Cooking Instruction

Cook pasta before serving.

  1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of boiling water and stir immediately. 
  2. Boil pasta GENTLY for 4 to 5 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.
  3. Stir pasta occasionally as they rise to the top.
  4. Drain pasta from boiling pot and serve with your favorite Monterey Gourmet Foods sauce.

Optional: Add 1Tbsp of sea salt to boiling water before cooking pasta.

IF FROZEN, THAW BEFORE COOKING. AFTER COOKING, REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE REMAINING PORTION IN A SEALED CONTAINER WITHIN 2 HOURS.
