Lobster Ravioli

A flavorful combination of lobster paired with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, basil, onion and garlic.

Ingredients:

Durum Flour, Lobster Meat, Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Cheese Whey, Vinegar, Salt), Eggs, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Rennet, Enzymes, Salt), Water, Cracker Meal (Wheat Flour), Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Enzymes, Rennet, Salt), Lemon Juice, Natural Parmesan Cheese Flavor ([Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Salt, Yeast Extract, Unsalted Butter, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Cream Powder, sugar, Lobster Flavor (Lobster Extract, Yeast Extract, Salt, Maltodextrin), Sea Salt, Granulated Garlic and Onion, Spices, Savory Flavor (Natural Flavor, Maltodextrin)

Cooking Instruction

Cook pasta before serving.

  1. Add pasta to 4 quarts of boiling water and stir immediately. 
  2. Boil pasta GENTLY for 4 to 5 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.
  3. Stir pasta occasionally as they rise to the top.
  4. Drain pasta from boiling pot and serve with your favorite Monterey Gourmet Foods sauce.

Optional: Add 1Tbsp of sea salt to boiling water before cooking pasta.

IF FROZEN, THAW BEFORE COOKING. AFTER COOKING, REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE REMAINING PORTION IN A SEALED CONTAINER WITHIN 2 HOURS.
