Bolognese Tortelloni - Family Size
A flavorful combination of cooked sausage and beef, tomatoes and Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses wrapped in an egg-dough tortelloni shaped pasta. Four 4-ounce servings.
Ingredients:
Durum Flour, Eggs, Water, Cracker Meal (Wheat Flour), Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Cheese Whey, Vinegar, Salt), Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Rennet, Enzymes, Salt), Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Calcium Chloride), Carrots, Cooked Pork Sausage (Pork, Water, Spices [Including Paprika], Salt, Sugar, Potato Starch, Garlic), Onion, Cooked Beef (Beef, Natural Flavor), Cream (Milk, Cream), Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, and Enzymes), Garlic, Sea Salt,

Cooking Instruction
Cook pasta before serving.
- Add pasta to 4 quarts of boiling water and stir immediately.
- Boil pasta GENTLY for 4 to 5 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.
- Stir pasta occasionally as they rise to the top.
- Drain pasta from boiling pot and serve with your favorite Monterey Gourmet Foods sauce.
Optional: Add 1Tbsp of sea salt to boiling water before cooking pasta.
IF FROZEN, THAW BEFORE COOKING. AFTER COOKING, REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE REMAINING PORTION IN A SEALED CONTAINER WITHIN 2 HOURS.
