Fried Five Cheese Ravioli


  • 1/2 pkg. Monterey Gourmet Food® Five Cheese Ravioli
  • Canola Oil, as needed
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Roasted Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour

  1. In a medium pot, preheat canola oil to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko, Italian seasoning, roasted garlic powder, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, place the all-purpose flour.
  5. On a separate sheet tray, dip each ravioli first in the flour, then egg wash and finally in the panko mixture. Place the breaded ravioli on a sheet tray. Repeat this breading process
    with each ravioli.
  6. Deep fry the ravioli until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  7. When the ravioli are fried, carefully transfer the fried ravioli to an absorbent paper-lined sheet tray.
  8. Serve immediately.

Suggested Serving: Serve with cherry peppers and marinara sauce.
