Sausage & Kale Ravioli with Pumpkin Cream

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Cook Ravioli to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic until they begin to sweat. Sprinkle with thyme and half
    of the salt.
  3. When shallots and garlic are translucent, add pumpkin and whisk in chicken stock. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and whisk in cream, cook for another 1–2 minutes. Season with remaining salt and pepper.
  5. Plate ravioli and spoon sauce on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
