Drunken Dumplings

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. In a wok or sauté pan over medium-high heat, combine canola oil, onion, garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add tomatoes and chicken mandu dumplings. Sauté until the dumplings get a nice sear on both sides.
  3. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and egg. Sauté the mixture until the eggs are fully cooked.
  4. Add basil and remove from heat.
  5. Serve immediately.
