Organic Chicken Sausage Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Monterey Gourmet Foods Organic Chicken Sausage Ravioli
  • 1 can (28 oz) Marinara Sauce, Trader Joes
  • 2 cups Ricotta, Whole
  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1.5 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 7 oz Cibo Naturals Basil Pesto
  • 2 bunches Fresh Basil, chiffonade
  • Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F°. Use 8×8 Deep Oven Safe casserole dish, and coat the inside lightly with spray oil
  2. Mix ricotta with 1 cup parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 (half) of the chiffonade basil and sea salt & pepper to taste. Mix remaining mozzarella & parmesan together and save
  3. In the casserole pan, layer marinara on the bottom, layer of Chicken Sausage Ravioli, thin layer of ricotta mixture, and thin layer of basil pesto. Repeat until all ravioli is used. Top with a layer of marinara, and the remaining mozzarella/parmesan mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 min or until the center is 165F.
  5. Let stand for 10 min, serve with remaining chiffonade basil on top and enjoy.
